Tiffany's Boudoir Experience
1) What made you choose Satin Dauls Boudoir?
Several things: First, I started my search by looking for a woman of color. Any way I can support another WOC in business I will! Second, the fact that makeup, hair, and even wardrobe options would all be taken care of. When I had the idea to do this, I had all the things listed that I would need...someone to do my hair, someone to do my makeup, a few lingerie options would need to be purchased (I have absolutely none!!!) So the fact that all of that was included made my decision for me. And then, of course, looking through Brianne's pictures on Instagram or on the website. Seeing the finished product and even some behind-the-scenes really helped. Last, the payment options. It brought a luxury service like this within my reach which I am grateful for.
2) What were you nervous about going into your session?
By the day of my session, I was really only nervous about my period being on time! (Thankfully it was exactly one day late!) I had previously been nervous about not knowing how to pose, but watching BTS reels put that worry at ease!
3) What was your favorite part of the experience?
Seeing my photos at the end of the day. Getting to see the finished product and everything come together made the whole experience complete.
4) How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?
Empowered. Proud that I followed through with something I've always wanted to do. So happy that I chose this as one way to celebrate my milestone birthday. And wondering when I'll get to do it again!
5) Did the experience help give you a more positive perception of yourself?
It definitely did! Between extra weight over the years and aging, this really helped to remind me that I've still got it!
6) Would you recommend Satin Dauls Boudoir to others?
I will always recommend Satin Dauls to others, and already have!

There’s something so powerful about flowers—how they push through the soil, endure the storms, and bloom even after the harshest seasons. That same resilience, beauty, and transformation are exactly what came to mind when my client, a breast cancer survivor, finally stepped in front of my camera for her boudoir session. She had waited for this moment, choosing to book her shoot after completing a deeply personal part of her journey—getting her floral bra tattoo. This tattoo wasn’t just about covering her scars; it was about turning them into something beautiful, something hers. It transformed the story her body told, intertwining survival with art in the most breathtaking way. For her, the tattoo wasn’t just ink—it was a reclamation. After everything her body had been through—the surgeries, the healing, the emotional weight of survival—this tattoo became a symbol of her strength, her femininity, and her choice to bloom again. Instead of seeing reminders of pain in the mirror, she now saw a garden of resilience. And when she stepped into the studio, wearing nothing but confidence and those beautifully inked flowers, it was like watching someone step fully into their power. Every pose, every glance in the mirror, every moment was a testament to the fact that she had survived—and she was thriving.
