Allie's Boudoir Experience

1) What made you choose Satin Dauls Boudoir?

I was searching for something local to me that I could personally vibe with. A spicy session was something I had on my bucket list to do before I turned the big 40 and before I got married. A gift to myself before it became a gift for him.

2) What were you nervous about going into your session?

My personal insecurities as a woman. We all have things we aren’t fond of and I was scared to have those photographed in all their glory. The tummy, the arms, the chin…I was nervous that my “imperfections” would make me dislike my photos. I was nervous the moment would come and I’d be too shy or prude and I’d feel foolish.

3) What was your favorite part of the experience?

Watching my insecurities go to nonexistent once I saw 1 pic peek, it was like the ice melted and primal instinct took over and then I was truly able to feel myself.

4) How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?

I’m still in a little shock with how amazing everything turned out and how limitless I became. I surprised myself with what I did.

5) Did the experience help give you a more positive perception of yourself?

Absolutely. Mirrors and photos are not the same and can’t be looked at with the same lenses. I’m certainly viewing myself with much kinder eyes.

6) Would you recommend Satin Dauls Boudoir to others?

Absolutely. I give you permission to surprise yourself. Love yourself and take a risk.
