1) What made you choose Satin Dauls Boudoir?

This was always something I thought about doing. I followed one boudoir photographer on Instagram for years who’s based in South Carolina. When I finally decided to go for it, I reached out to her asking if she knew anyone in the New York area since I wasn’t traveling, and she recommended you. I checked out your page, saw you were running a Black Friday sale, and figured why not reach out and see what happens. Looking back, it’s honestly wild how randomly I found you, because you exceeded any expectations I could’ve imagined. I’m so happy I found you and already excited to do this again in the future ◡̈

2) What were you nervous about going into your session?

My only real nervousness was posing alone. I’m photogenic when I’m smiling with someone else, but on my own I usually feel awkward and don’t know what to do with myself. That was my biggest concern. I was also a little nervous about hair and makeup since I wasn’t choosing the artist myself, and you never really know how that’ll go.

3) What was your favorite part of the experience?

Oof, hard to choose… but I’d have to say the reveal. Obviously seeing the photos was incredible, but the entire way you do it is just so intentional and perfect. I was literally telling my husband how smart your systems are and how insane your talent is. I really appreciate all the “small” things you do that make the experience what it is.

4) How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?

I feel amazing. Truly grateful.

5) Did the experience help give you a more positive perception of yourself?

Not necessarily, since I felt pretty confident before, but there were small things I noticed in the photos that I was pleasantly surprised by, and those definitely made me feel more confident about them.

6) Would you recommend Satin Dauls Boudoir to others?

One million percent. Thank you again for such an unforgettable experience. I truly couldn’t have imagined it being done better, and I’m so appreciative of everything you do❤️
