Sarah's Maternity Boudoir Experience

1) What made you choose Satin Dauls Boudoir?

I started following Satin Dauls Boudoir on Insta after one of my friends had a shoot with Brianne. Watching her posts and stories and seeing how comfortable her clients were during their sessions helped me envision what my experience would be like if I booked with her! 

2) What were you nervous about going into your session?

 I went into this experience completely relaxed and open minded. The only thing I felt a little nervous about was my makeup because I don’t wear much on a daily basis and I really wanted to capture my natural beauty. The makeup artist was amazing and listened to any of my concerns and gave me a natural look yet still glam enough for a photo shoot. I looked and felt so pretty! 

3) What was your favorite part of the experience?

My favorite part was definitely the photo shoot itself. Brianne and her assistant were my personal cheerleaders for the day. The experience felt like I was just hanging out with some close friends. I was so comfortable in front of the camera with Brianne’s guidance! 

4) How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?

I’m thrilled with the prints I chose and can’t wait to show my husband! I chose to do a boudoir shoot while I was pregnant because I wanted to capture how beautiful I feel during this time in my life. I looked and felt like a goddess and I’m so happy I have these shots to forever look back on! 

5) Did the experience help give you a more positive perception of yourself?

The experience was such a confidence boost! It was fun to have a day for myself to get all dolled up and feel sexy in my own skin. It was so hard to choose which prints I wanted because I loved how beautiful I looked in all of them. 

6) Would you recommend Satin Dauls Boudoir to others?

I would highly recommend Satin Dauls to others! I’ve already sent the instagram profile to two of my friends. This experience was worth every penny and now I’ll have amazing photos to look back on with positive memories from that day. I can’t wait to book another session in the future!
