Miss A's Anonymous Boudoir Experience
1) What made you choose Satin Dauls Boudoir?
Brianne was so personable, and made me feel so comfortable talking to her, so doing a photoshoot with her had to be the same. Also, another reason was she was size inclusive, and which made me feel more comfortable as well.
2) What were you nervous about going into your session?
Going into the session, I was most nervous about my body image, whether or not I would look good because I’m plus size.
3) What was your favorite part of the experience?
My favorite part of the experience was the wet set. I’ve never done anything like that before, and the images came out amazing.
4) How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?
After completion, I feel so much more confident in myself, and being plus size shouldn’t be a drawback.
5) Did the experience help give you a more positive perception of yourself?
Absolutely!
6) Would you recommend Satin Dauls Boudoir to others?
1000% yes

There’s something so powerful about flowers—how they push through the soil, endure the storms, and bloom even after the harshest seasons. That same resilience, beauty, and transformation are exactly what came to mind when my client, a breast cancer survivor, finally stepped in front of my camera for her boudoir session. She had waited for this moment, choosing to book her shoot after completing a deeply personal part of her journey—getting her floral bra tattoo. This tattoo wasn’t just about covering her scars; it was about turning them into something beautiful, something hers. It transformed the story her body told, intertwining survival with art in the most breathtaking way. For her, the tattoo wasn’t just ink—it was a reclamation. After everything her body had been through—the surgeries, the healing, the emotional weight of survival—this tattoo became a symbol of her strength, her femininity, and her choice to bloom again. Instead of seeing reminders of pain in the mirror, she now saw a garden of resilience. And when she stepped into the studio, wearing nothing but confidence and those beautifully inked flowers, it was like watching someone step fully into their power. Every pose, every glance in the mirror, every moment was a testament to the fact that she had survived—and she was thriving.
