Miss S's Anonymous Boudoir Experience

1) What made you choose Satin Dauls Boudoir?

I had seen others but I was always skeptical bc of how vulnerable this type of session is and how easily you can get tricked into signing up for something and then it being the total opposite of what you expected (unprofessional and potentially even dangerous) I had seen others but I was always skeptical bc of how vulnerable this type of session is and how easily you can get tricked into signing up for something and then it being the total opposite of what you expected (unprofessional and potentially even dangerous).

2) What were you nervous about going into your session?

I wasn’t really nervous. But I guess if one thing - maybe just the unknown of the experience.

3) What was your favorite part of the experience?

So many! I loved the personal touch of my welcome sign, I absolutely loved getting my hair and makeup done by a professional, I loved the guidance of the photographer, I loved the way the studio is designed, but my favorite was the feeling of going into this and meeting ladies that I could trust and almost felt like I knew them forever!

4) How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?

feel empowered, and I feel even more confident and beautiful than what I felt before. I feel like my husband will probably faint when he sees these pics lol!

5) Did the experience help give you a more positive perception of yourself?

Absolutely!! To be honest; I am a woman has a lot of self love and appreciation for the good and bad things of what make me me .. but this session really made me feel proud to be where I am in my life after 2 kids and the daily grind. It’s the motivation to keep up with my workouts and health!

6) Would you recommend Satin Dauls Boudoir to others?

To as many ppl as I can :) xoxo

There’s something so powerful about flowers—how they push through the soil, endure the storms, and bloom even after the harshest seasons. That same resilience, beauty, and transformation are exactly what came to mind when my client, a breast cancer survivor, finally stepped in front of my camera for her boudoir session. She had waited for this moment, choosing to book her shoot after completing a deeply personal part of her journey—getting her floral bra tattoo. This tattoo wasn’t just about covering her scars; it was about turning them into something beautiful, something hers. It transformed the story her body told, intertwining survival with art in the most breathtaking way. For her, the tattoo wasn’t just ink—it was a reclamation. After everything her body had been through—the surgeries, the healing, the emotional weight of survival—this tattoo became a symbol of her strength, her femininity, and her choice to bloom again. Instead of seeing reminders of pain in the mirror, she now saw a garden of resilience. And when she stepped into the studio, wearing nothing but confidence and those beautifully inked flowers, it was like watching someone step fully into their power. Every pose, every glance in the mirror, every moment was a testament to the fact that she had survived—and she was thriving.
