Katie's Boudoir Experience

1. What made you choose Satin Dauls Boudoir?

I had a few coworkers who were past clients and they posted their pictures on social media. The shoot pictures were absolutely breathtaking, and they looked so beautiful and confident! I had never considered boudoir photos before, but after speaking to Brianne and consulting with her, I decided to go for it. She is so thorough, affirming, and detail oriented. As soon as I consulted with her, I was ready to jump right into the shoot. It was a great experience.

2. What were you nervous about going into your session?

I am a bit reserved when it comes to being vulnerable, so trying to picture myself as sexy, bold, and confident was hard. I took Brianne’s suggestions of preparing for it by getting my nails done, keeping my skin hydrated, and picking out a few outfit pieces of my own to help myself ease into the day. She made me so comfortable from the moment I walked in that I was more excited than anything else.

3. What was your favorite part of the experience?

Having a glam day of looking my best, not taking myself too seriously, and being able to see myself in a different light was such a good time. It was so nice to do something fun and creative for myself since I normally wouldn’t be so bold. The pictures came out amazing too.

4. How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?

I feel a lot more relaxed about my body and the way I perceive myself. I can’t help but find myself critical of many parts of myself like so many other women, but the session was an eye opener of how I have been underselling myself because Brianne made me look GOOD. It’s been hard not to show my booty pictures to any and all friends and family 😂 I am so glad I did the session because I see it as something fun to do for myself while I am young and strong, plus an investment in my self-esteem. 

5. Would you recommend Satin Dauls Boudoir to others?

I would (and have) absolutely recommend Satin Dauls to anyone and everyone! Brianne made the whole process easy, fun, and positive. She was clear about the process, the shoot was so professional but felt like hanging with a friend, and my pictures came out AMAZING. Definitely a must for anyone looking to treat themself and simply feel hot 🥵🥰
