Courtney's Boudoir Experience
1) What made you choose Satin Dauls Boudoir?
I chose Satin Dauls Boudoir because of the beautiful and classy pictures she shared on social media. Through a personal friend and reading the reviews, I knew if I ever got the courage to take the pictures Brianna would be the one to do it!
2) What were you nervous about going into your session?
I was nervous I wouldn’t portray sexy on film. I’m not photogenic as a general rule so I was nervous it would be a waste of my time and hers.
3) What was your favorite part of the experience?
My favorite part of the session was laughing! I felt like I was with a girlfriend having fun on a Tuesday with a camera in a living room. There should be a blooper reel! So much fun!!
4) How do you feel now that you’ve completed the session?
After my session I told a handful of women about my day and how everyone should do it. And then I told a few more the day after lol. It’s an empowering experience so many should have especially if they need a confidence booster!
5) Did the experience help give you a more positive perception of yourself?
I feel confident and sexy since my session. A certain swagger I didn’t have before!
6) Would you recommend Satin Dauls Boudoir to others?
I’ve already recommended Satin Dauls and will continue to do so!

There’s something so powerful about flowers—how they push through the soil, endure the storms, and bloom even after the harshest seasons. That same resilience, beauty, and transformation are exactly what came to mind when my client, a breast cancer survivor, finally stepped in front of my camera for her boudoir session. She had waited for this moment, choosing to book her shoot after completing a deeply personal part of her journey—getting her floral bra tattoo. This tattoo wasn’t just about covering her scars; it was about turning them into something beautiful, something hers. It transformed the story her body told, intertwining survival with art in the most breathtaking way. For her, the tattoo wasn’t just ink—it was a reclamation. After everything her body had been through—the surgeries, the healing, the emotional weight of survival—this tattoo became a symbol of her strength, her femininity, and her choice to bloom again. Instead of seeing reminders of pain in the mirror, she now saw a garden of resilience. And when she stepped into the studio, wearing nothing but confidence and those beautifully inked flowers, it was like watching someone step fully into their power. Every pose, every glance in the mirror, every moment was a testament to the fact that she had survived—and she was thriving.
